This leader develops organizational capabilities that enable Arctic Wolf to scale securely while supporting business growth, platform innovation, and operational efficiency.
The role provides leadership across multiple security engineering domains such as Identity and Access Management, Security Systems Engineering, Cloud Security, Application Security, Platform Security, or other related functions. The Senior Manager establishes long-term technical direction, develops leaders and engineers, and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Architecture, and Risk stakeholders to deliver enterprise security outcomes.
