  • Influence commercial and technical discussions, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to help shape ASM's strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to customer technology roadmaps, fab expansions, and long-term investment priorities.
  • Lead high-impact customer engagements, negotiations, and escalation management while maintaining strong executive relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of customer commitments, including forecasting, demand planning, and system deliveries.
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated success influencing customer decisions, driving growth, and building executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common objective.
  • A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging the status quo.
