Job Description:Baker Tilly is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Real Estate Advisory Group!The Senior Manager will be responsible for business development and will execute and lead engagements primarily related to personal property assets, work with public and private sector clients providing personal property valuation advisory services for various purposes including, but not limited to, financial reporting, tax, and advisory. Ability to effectively interface with client and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work, expand existing relationships and generate new business. The Senior Manager will be responsible for scoping and estimating fees for engagements, executing valuation work and will serve as oversight for managers and associates to ensure deadlines are met and to develop and train staff. In addition, the Senior Manager will serve as a coach to staff to further their professional development.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, business, accounting or a related field is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience required, preferably in personal property (fixed asset) valuation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and outside business professionals
- Self-starter who exhibits the drive and resourcefulness to work independently and with team members toward common Company goals - show confidence in functional skills and an ability to apply those skills in a multi-task cross-functional team setting
- Ability to work in an evolving, team oriented environment, and accept new challenges often operating independently
- ASA-accreditation preferred
- Strong financial analysis and review skills with the ability to recognize financial issues through review of financial statements and fixed asset records and draft work product
The pay range for this position is $124,700 to $288,500. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant's skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
