Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience leading program managers in a professional service and/or managed services environment
- Experience in a leading consulting firm, overseeing and executing a range of large and complex technical projects for clients from different industries, technologies and regions.
- Demonstrated experience in handling an external client portfolio of complex and transformational projects.
- Outstanding leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in working and cooperating with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective negotiation skills, especially in managing customer expectations, and setting priorities.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to coach and grow high-performing teams.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $137,600-$172,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
A Brief OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Program Delivery is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs and projects that drive business value for WWT customers. This role oversees a portfolio of strategic initiatives and is accountable for ensuring excellence in delivery execution, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. The Sr. Manager serves as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external clients, bridging business goals with technical execution. You will work closely with delivery teams, sales, solutions, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and value throughout the program lifecycle. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on program management and is pivotal in mentoring project managers and delivery leads across accounts.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of programs by managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to drive consistency and excellence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, escalating as necessary to protect outcomes and relationships.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, from executives to technical leaders, understanding their business goals and aligning delivery accordingly.
- Serve as the point of escalation for program-related concerns, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Account Teams to ensure alignment on customer vision and priorities.
- Oversee financial performance across programs, ensuring profitability, forecasting accuracy, and adherence to contract terms.
- Manage change orders, invoicing, and budget adjustments in collaboration with internal finance and customer stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with sales, solution, and delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment across the organization.
- Identify talent gaps or needs and support staffing efforts to meet current and upcoming delivery demands.
