Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Process Improvement is responsible for leading strategic development and execution of process improvement and innovation projects to support business objectives. This role ensures alignment with stakeholders and efficient use of resources, focusing on cost reduction and enhancing customer and operational experiences.
What you'll do...The Senior Manager, Process Improvement drives the strategic development and delivery of projects aimed at improving customer/associate experience, operational efficiency, and reduce the cost to serve. This role may develop multi-year strategic roadmaps, ensuring initiatives align with financial commitments and corporate goals. The position also involves frequent updates to senior leadership on project progress and outcomes.
Collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, are essential for end-to-end project delivery, including meeting project timelines, budgets, and success criteria. The role requires managing and developing a team to support change management strategies, including communication and training to ensure the adoption and sustainment of new processes or technologies.
The Senior Manager, Process Improvement recruits, onboards, and develops team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. This role may also work with relevant stakeholders to gain alignment on where initiatives will have cross-functional impacts, and is accountable for leading the successful execution, launch, hypercare and BAU hand-off, ensuring best practices are followed throughout.
Lastly, the role includes developing business cases for new initiatives, collaborating with finance and other departments to ensure ROI metrics are integrated into planning processes. The Senior Manager, Process Improvement champions customer experience and feedback, using insights to shape future strategies and prioritize initiatives for continuous improvement.
The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
