The Senior Manager, OMS Implementation and Performance provides strategic leadership for the implementation, integration, assurance, and sustained adoption of the Venture Global Operations Management System across CP, PQ and CP2.
The position leads the translation of OMS Standards into practical operational processes, governance mechanisms, readiness requirements, leadership behaviors, workforce capabilities, and assurance activities. The Sr Manager ensures that OMS expectations are consistently understood, implemented, assessed, and continuously improved across VG assets.

In addition, the Senior Manager plans and facilitates cross-facility OMS Standards' alignment reviews across all VG facilities, identifies systemic and asset-specific gaps, facilitates corrective-action planning, and provides senior leadership with objective visibility into implementation maturity, operational risks, and readiness status.
This position integrates OMS implementation, operational readiness, assurance, organizational change, internal communications, coaching, and continuous improvement to strengthen safe, reliable, and disciplined LNG operations.
