What You Will Do

Lead integrated campaign strategy
  • Translate product priorities, audience needs, revenue goals, and operational realities into actionable campaign plans.
  • Guide campaigns across the customer journey, from awareness and consideration through conversion, retention, reactivation, and repeat participation.
  • Balance enterprise priorities with the needs of each Woodward location and audience.

Coordinate cross-channel execution
  • Bring digital, web, CRM, email, social, content, and paid media partners together around one coordinated plan.
  • Create clear channel briefs, campaign calendars, workback schedules, milestones, and approval paths.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and sequencing while adapting execution for local markets and customer segments.
  • Identify dependencies, remove blockers, and hold internal teams and external partners accountable for timely, high-quality delivery.

Drive product and revenue marketing
  • Build campaigns for priority products and growth opportunities, including camps, memberships, lessons, and programs.
  • Turn product features into compelling, audience-relevant value propositions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve demand, acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
  • Connect brand-building and performance marketing to deliver culturally relevant work and measurable business results.

Deepen audience and customer understanding
  • Use research, behavioral data, and local market knowledge to define priority audiences, motivations, and barriers to participation.
  • Develop audience segments and customer journeys that guide content, channel selection, and campaign timing.
  • Partner with CRM and digital teams to strengthen lead nurture, abandoned-conversion, retention, loyalty, reactivation, and repeat-purchase programs.
  • Bring relevant youth-culture and sport-community insights into campaign planning.

Run effective campaign operations

  • Prioritize resources based on business impact, timing, and team capacity.
  • Give channel teams the context, customer insights, product information, and feedback they need to execute effectively.
  • Improve efficiency by reducing duplication and creating reusable frameworks, processes, and assets.

Measure, learn, and improve
  • Establish campaign objectives, key performance indicators, benchmarks, and reporting requirements before launch.
  • Evaluate performance across awareness, engagement, traffic, lead generation, conversion, revenue, retention, and return on marketing investment.
  • Lead campaign retrospectives and turn insights into practical improvements for future work.
  • Use data to inform priorities, investment, and resource decisions.

Lead people and partnerships
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team, setting clear priorities and expectations while supporting high-quality execution.
