Job Description:

The Senior Manager, North America Controllership Integration supports the delivery of Finance Integration and other critical Controllership initiatives within the North America region by driving key integration and finance transformation projects. This role is a crucial partner to Finance, Digital Technologies, and Transformation teams (global and within regions), focusing on implementing future-state processes, systems, and controls.

This role is a project-based role and has a current expected end date in Q2 2028. As we move closer to Q2 2028, we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Drive the regional implementation of one set of financials initiatives, including:
  • Kellanova One Source of Truth (OSoT) Implementation Support: Support the end-to-end deployment of CFIN across the North America region, ensuring financial processes, reporting structures, and controls are aligned for a successful go-live.
  • 3-Day Close Acceleration: Support the acceleration of the regional close process.
  • 13-Period Conversion: Help convert Kellanova's financial calendar to align with Mars' 13-period structure.
  • Accounting Policy Harmonization: Implement accounting policy harmonization based on differences identified between Mars and Kellanova accounting policies.
  • Accelerator Brand Financials: Partner with business stakeholders to define the approach for enabling brand financials reporting and standup capabilities.
  • FY26 Restatement: Help implement the restatement of Kellanova's FY26 based on Globa's instructions.
  • Snacking Anaplan: Support the implementation of Anaplan for joint planning and forecasting.


Lead the execution of other key regional integration controllership projects, such as:
  • Purchase Accounting: Support the pushdown of Day-1 fair value and PPA adjustments.
  • Intercompany: Drive the alignment of Mars and Kellanova intercompany processes within the region by acting as a key member of the Intercompany working group. You will be responsible for evaluating new requests, assessing their cost and resource impacts, and ensuring they support accurate cross-charging and eliminations.
  • System Transition & Legacy Tool Migration: Manage the migration of controllership activities from legacy tools (including BPC) into future-state platforms, ensuring continuity of reporting and controls.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 169,840.00 - USD 233,530.00
