- Optimization / Remediation
Job Responsibilities: - Advise clients on procurement technology implementations, with hands-on experience across leading S2P platforms
- Identify implementation risks, design pitfalls, and change challenges-bringing real-world lessons learned from prior programs
- Support clients in optimizing and stabilizing existing procurement systems
- Partner effectively with technical and data teams without needing to be a technologist or data arc
- Understand how procurement data is captured, governed, and leveraged for insights
- Translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions, while recognizing system limitations
- Assess current-state procurement processes and operating models
- Design future-state processes that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives

- Support change management efforts to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Lead workstreams or full engagements, managing scope, quality, and client expectations
- Coach and develop junior team members and client resources
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and knowledge sharing

- Participate in business development pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations
- Build a strong market presence through insight-driven conversations
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
