Position Overview

The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is a strategic leader responsible for transforming HR data and systems into a competitive advantage. This role integrates HR technology, data governance, and advanced analytics to enable evidence-based decision-making, improve workforce outcomes, and scale HR operations.

Core Job Accountabilities:

HR Technology Strategy & Transformation:

  • Define and execute the multi-year HR systems strategy
  • Drive digital transformation across HR, including automation and self-service enablement
  • Lead HRIS new module implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency


Advanced People Analytics:

  • Build a mature people analytics function
  • Deliver insights on critical topics such as attrition risk and organizational health
  • Evolve people metrics and KPIs through sophisticated dashboards


Data Governance & Architecture:

  • Ensure enterprise-wide HR data standards and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations
  • Support data architecture, including integrations between HR, finance, and business systems
  • Champion data quality and integrity initiatives


Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team (HRIS, reporting, analytics)
  • Upskill HR partners on data literacy and self-service analytics
  • Build a high-performance, insight-driven culture within HR
  • Manage external vendors and consulting partners


Strategic Business Partnership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and the business
  • Support enterprise initiatives from a HRIS perspective
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to influence talent and business strategies


Job Qualifications & Experience:

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in HR systems, analytics
  • Proven experience leading HR digital transformation initiatives or system implementation
  • Strong background in people analytics and data storytelling
  • Experience working with enterprise HR platforms (UKG, Workday)


Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced analytics and visualization tools (BI, dashboard creation)
  • Good understanding of time and attendance systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR ecosystems and integrations

Special Considerations:

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances.

The compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
