ABOUT THE ROLE
LoveShackFancy is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial growth marketer to lead one of our most exciting growth initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, you'll own the strategy behind our creator ecosystem, affiliate partnerships, and growth marketing initiatives-helping define how the next generation of customers discover, engage with, and shop the brand.
This role blends analytical rigor with creative storytelling, bringing together performance marketing, creators, affiliate, and social commerce into one integrated growth engine. You'll partner closely with our paid media agency while working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, PR, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Merchandising to accelerate customer acquisition and drive measurable business impact.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
A Best-in-Class Growth Marketing Engine
- Own LoveShackFancy's customer acquisition strategy in partnership with our paid media agency across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Lead testing and optimization across audiences, creative, landing pages, media investment, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Analyze performance to improve customer acquisition, ROAS, marketing efficiency, and long-term customer value.
- Identify and launch new growth opportunities, platforms, and acquisition strategies that drive incremental business results.
A Scalable Creator & Commerce Ecosystem
- Build and execute LoveShackFancy's full-funnel creator strategy across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Own and grow our creator commerce ecosystem-including ShopMy, LTK, and emerging platforms-to expand reach, acquire new customers, and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Recruit and develop a diverse network of creators while cultivating long-term brand partnerships.
- Lead creator campaigns from strategy through execution, including gifting, negotiations, contracts, licensing, performance reporting, and budget management.
- Evaluate and manage creator, affiliate, and influencer agency partners as the program evolves.
The Future of Social Commerce
- Lead the evaluation and growth of emerging commerce opportunities, including TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, creator storefronts, and new platform capabilities.
- Scale creator content into a high-performing acquisition channel through paid amplification, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, and creator licensing.
- Stay ahead of consumer trends, AI innovation, and platform evolution to continuously identify new ways to drive growth.
- Champion a culture of experimentation by testing, measuring, and scaling innovative marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6-8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience building customer acquisition programs that deliver measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of paid media, creator marketing, affiliate, attribution, and digital measurement.
- Experience with platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, GRIN, Aspire, Impact, or similar creator technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
