The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role for an ambitious finance professional looking to accelerate their career and make a meaningful business impact. Reporting to the Vice President Finance, you will serve as a trusted business partner to operational and executive leadership, lead financial planning and performance management across North America, and help drive the continued evolution of our finance organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • Serve as the finance business partner to executive leadership and operational management
  • Build advanced driver-based models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation and investment decisions
  • Lead financial performance management across North American operations
  • Drive the transformation of FP&A through automation, business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics
  • Partner with plant leadership teams to identify and execute profitability and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
  • Support M&A evaluations, strategic projects and other corporate development initiatives as required
  • Mentor and develop future finance talent within the organization[MC1]

Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance or business partnering experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a multi-site environment
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or similar analytics platforms
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and influencing business decisions
  • Experience with ERP, planning and reporting systems
  • Interest or experience in automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled business processes
