Responsibilities

  • Own the FP&A process for the supply chain organization, including budgeting and forecasting.

About the Role:

Crusoe is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain to serve as a strategic finance partner to our Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams. In this role, you will own financial planning, cost analysis, lifecycle analysis and reporting across the supply chain, helping the business scale efficiently while maintaining rigorous cost discipline. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Data Center Operations leaders to translate operational plans into financial forecasts and drive data-informed decisions on capital and operating spend.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Own the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process for the supply chain organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for CPUs, Storage and Networking.
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations leaders to evaluate supplier contracts, capital equipment purchases, and total cost of ownership for critical hardware and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain financial models to track unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics across the supply chain.
  • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted spend, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities in supply chain spend.
  • Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to quantify impact and track savings.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for supply chain capacity, capital expenditures, and vendor negotiations.
  • Create a lifecycle management program with the business, thinking through circular centers and warranty programs
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate capitalization, accrual, and cost allocation of supply chain-related expenditures.
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes and tools to increase efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members supporting the supply chain function.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience partnering with procurement and operations teams on supplier contracts, capital planning, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environment strongly preferred.

  • Experience in a company with hardware, data center, or physical infrastructure supply chains.
  • Familiarity with capital equipment accounting and depreciation schedules.
  • Prior experience building out FP&A processes at a scaling company.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $195,000 - $235,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
