As Senior Manager of ERP AI Engineering, you will lead the deployment and scale-up of AI-enabled ERP solutions across Levi's global SAP ecosystem, to redefine how critical operations are executed through automation, AI agents, and process intelligence.
Partnering with engineering, architecture, ERP functional teams, and business stakeholders, you will identify key opportunities to deliver AI-powered solutions and establish the standards needed for enterprise-scale adoption. About the Job- Lead the deployment and expansion of AI-enabled ERP capabilities across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise platforms.
- Drive AI and intelligent automation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Reconciliation, and related business processes.
- Translate business process opportunities into scalable technical solutions, automation workflows, AI agent architectures, and production-ready implementations.
- Partner with ERP engineering, SAP functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver operational value.
- Design and implement frameworks for AI agents, process intelligence, workflow orchestration, exception management, and automated decision support.
- Establish standards for AI governance, auditability, observability, monitoring, and operational controls across business-critical ERP processes.
- Oversee production readiness, release execution, solution performance, and continuous improvement for ERP AI solutions.
- Leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, automation platforms, and related technologies to accelerate adoption of intelligent ERP capabilities.
- Monitor solution effectiveness through operational metrics, automation outcomes, and business impact measurements.
- Collaborate with global engineering and support teams to scale AI-enabled business processes and advance Levi's ERP modernization strategy.
- You will report to the VP, Enterprise Platforms (VP, Enterprise Platforms, Integrations and Cloud Engineering)
About You- 8+ years of experience with SAP ERP engineering, enterprise applications, and/or platform transformation within large-scale environments.
- Understanding of business processes including finance, procurement, supply chain, order management, customer operations, and ERP transaction flows.
- Experience deploying AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, or workflow technologies within enterprise platforms and operational environments.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture, integrations, data requirements, process design, and operational solutions.
- Familiarity with governance, observability, monitoring, auditability, and controls for AI-enabled business processes.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP technologies including SAP Business AI, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, integrations, and automation platforms.
- Data-driven approach to measuring outcomes, identifying opportunities, and scaling adoption of new capabilities.
- Track record of partnering across engineering, architecture, product, functional, and business stakeholder groups.
- Success leading initiatives from strategy and design through deployment, adoption, and operational support.
- Interest in advancing AI-enabled enterprise operations and intelligent business processes within a global organization.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $135,200 - $198,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
