Our Market Operations team within the Corporate Operations Group provides independent support across trade verification, confirmation, booking and settlement activities for a range of products and currencies globally. Our team helps drive operational excellence through strong risk management, effective controls and high-quality service that supports our business and clients.

In this role you will provide operational support to our Equity Trading and Derivatives business across global markets. You will work closely with sales, trading, technology and business teams to coordinate solutions for clients, manage post-trade activities and resolve trade exceptions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that improve client experience, increase efficiency, reduce risk and enhance operational processes.

- 5+ years' of experience in Prime Brokerage middle office roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cash prime brokerage or synthetic products.
- Experience managing post-trade processes, trade allocations and exception management.
- Client-facing or front office experience is an advantage.
