Role:Senior Manager, Delivery Portfolio Management (OneStream)
Location: - Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
- Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

What you'll do- Serve as the Portfolio Lead across a portfolio of OneStream client engagements, providing oversight from project initiation through successful delivery while ensuring consistent quality, client satisfaction, and commercial performance
- Own the health of a portfolio of concurrent projects by proactively identifying delivery risks, managing escalations, driving issue resolution, and ensuring teams execute with consistency, transparency, and accountability.
- Partner with Practice Leadership to provide clear visibility into project status, engagement economics, resource needs, portfolio risks, and client health
- Own engagement economics across the portfolio by proactively managing scope, budget, staffing, utilization, change requests, and margin while partnering with project teams to maintain healthy financial performance.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as an escalation point throughout delivery while identifying opportunities to expand existing client partnerships and services.
- Collaborate with technical, functional, and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated Finance Transformation solutions and successful client outcomes.
- Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and analysts while helping scale delivery capabilities, strengthen leadership capacity, and drive continuous improvement across governance standards, quality control, project management practices, and delivery operations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing additional EPM/CPM capabilities, including liaising with OneStream as needed to support with expansion and risk management.
- Serve as Clearsulting's primary day-to-day relationship manager with OneStream in North America, coordinating sales opportunities, delivery alignment, escalation management, resource planning, enablement activities, and joint account growth initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance portfolio management, reporting, delivery operations, project management tools, and overall client experience.
What You'll Bring:- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience leading complex finance transformation or enterprise software implementation programs.
- 5+ years of experience doing end-to-end OneStream implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with accountability for delivery quality, project governance, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Experience serving as an Engagement Lead, Project Director, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager responsible for executive stakeholder management and portfolio oversight.
- Deep understanding of project management fundamentals including scope management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, resource planning, change management, executive communications, and delivery governance.
- Experience helping build and scale a consulting practice through development of talent, delivery methodologies, alliance collaboration, operational processes, and reusable implementation assets.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders while effectively navigating complex delivery challenges and competing priorities.
- Experience collaborating across technical, functional, commercial, and executive leadership teams to successfully deliver client outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves:- OneStream Architect Certification
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or comparable project management certification.
- Experience building PMO standards, delivery governance frameworks, project management methodologies, or operational reporting.
- Experience developing delivery accelerators, implementation methodologies, reusable templates, or project management playbooks.
- Knowledge of broader Finance Transformation technologies and processes beyond OneStream.
- Experience identifying and developing cross-sell and account expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.

The compensation range for this position is $144,000 - 186,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
