We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Senior Manager - AI & Data Science to join the Healthcare Data Product team to build and enhance our user's engagement projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT YOU BRING:
4-5+ years of progressive experience in data science, AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.
Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience developing machine learning and AI solutions; exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, or AI agents is highly valued.
Experience working with healthcare-related data such as clinical, claims, pharmacy, patient/member, provider, or population health data, with a strong understanding of data quality, privacy, governance, and responsible AI considerations.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI and analytics initiatives, mentor data scientists, and collaborate effectively with technical, clinical, product, and business stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
