Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and platform development for Agentic Commerce at American Express. This position will focus on the strategy and execution required to enable seamless, secure agent-driven transactions, including defining the experiences, platform capabilities, and trust frameworks needed to scale across partners and future use cases. This person will build a strong command of emerging agentic commerce protocols, existing card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, this Product Manager will shape intuitive and delightful commerce journeys powered by AI agents.
As a trusted, closed-loop network, American Express is uniquely positioned to extend its authentication, authorization, identity, and risk capabilities into AI-powered commerce experiences while preserving Card Member visibility and control over agent-initiated activity. By leveraging our membership model, premium brand, and differentiated data assets, this person will help define the experiences and capabilities that create value for Card Members, merchants, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

Risk and Compliance
3 Partner closely with Fraud and Servicing to define strategies for fraud prevention, dispute management, and call or chat handling related to agentic transactions
