The Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & Travel provides strategic leadership for Acushnet's North American Accounts Payable function, overseeing a distributed team responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices, payments, travel and expense transactions, and vendor management activities. This role drives operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and working capital optimization while serving as the AP subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA integrations and enterprise-wide initiatives. Partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and business leaders across North America and globally, the Senior Manager develops key cash flow metrics, strengthens internal controls and audit compliance, leads corporate travel programs and vendor relationships, and ensures exceptional service delivery in support of the organization's financial and operational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience within an ERP-driven environment, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of AP operations, general accounting principles, account reconciliations, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience working within a multinational organization and collaborating across finance, procurement, treasury, and business operations teams.
• Proven expertise with ERP systems and AP automation tools; SAP experience strongly preferred (NetSuite or similar platforms also considered).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, develop reporting, and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities, with a track record of improving efficiency and controls.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
