Senior Maintenance and Reliability ManagerLocation: Tyrone, PA | On-site | Full-time
Shift: 6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with evening, weekend and emergency support as needed.
As the
Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Clemens Food Group's Tyrone site, you'll develop supervisors and skilled trades, strengthen maintenance practices and turn equipment data into decisions that prevent recurring breakdowns. You'll work closely with Operations to balance today's production needs with tomorrow's equipment demands, guiding maintenance priorities, capital planning and team development. This is an opportunity to shape how the department works and build a team that takes ownership of its results.
What You Will Lead- Coach and develop the team; strengthen accountability, skill development and shift communication.
- Prioritize preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance with Operations, Maintenance Planning and MRO.
- Use CMMS, OEE and maintenance KPIs to reduce repeat failures and improve equipment availability, PM compliance and work execution.
- Direct mechanical, electrical, automation and controls troubleshooting, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and motor controls.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, contractors, capital proposals and project support.
- Partner with Engineering, Sanitation and FSQA to protect safety, sanitary conditions and production readiness.
What You Bring- Seven or more years in industrial maintenance or reliability, including three or more years leading manufacturing maintenance teams.
- Experience developing supervisors and skilled trades; leadership of teams of 15-25 is preferred.
- Results improving reliability through CMMS, downtime analysis and planned maintenance; working knowledge of Excel and OEE.
- Technical breadth across multiple trades, plus budgeting, contractor and capital planning experience.
- A related degree or equivalent technical education and relevant leadership experience.
- Food manufacturing and SAP experience are preferred.
- Experience from other highly automated manufacturing environments can translate.
