Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning/Generative AI Engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in software engineering. The ideal candidate will have progressed from software engineering into machine learning, AI, or Generative AI engineering, with strong proficiency in Python and/or Java. This role requires deep expertise in backend engineering and system design, along with proven experience designing and delivering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and/or agentic AI systems end-to-end, from architecture and design strategy through implementation and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop end-to-end architecture and design strategies for RAG and/or agentic AI systems.
• Lead the implementation and production delivery of RAG and/or agentic AI solutions.
• Apply strong software engineering principles to build scalable and reliable AI systems.
• Design and develop backend systems using Python and/or Java.
• Apply deep knowledge of backend engineering principles and system design to develop robust solutions.
• Provide technical and thought leadership throughout architecture, design, implementation, and production delivery.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally beginning in software engineering and progressing into Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, or Generative AI Engineering.
• Extremely strong expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering.
• Strong software engineering foundation, specifically in Python and/or Java.
• Proven experience designing RAG and/or agentic AI systems end-to-end, including architecture, design strategy, implementation, and production delivery.
• Deep understanding of backend engineering principles and system design.
• Ability to provide technical and thought leadership for AI/ML engineering initiatives.
