Senior Logistics Manager - SET ActiveAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Logistics Manager to own our end-to-end logistics, third-party warehouse (3PL) relationship, fulfillment, and inventory operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring that inventory moves efficiently from our factories to our warehouse and ultimately to our customers. You'll work closely with our Production, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure inventory arrives on time, orders ship accurately, and our logistics partners consistently meet expectations.

Key Responsibilities3PL, Fulfillment & Inventory Management- Own the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL, ensuring accountability across receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping performance.
- Monitor daily order fulfillment, proactively identifying and resolving aging orders, shipping delays, backorders, and inventory discrepancies.
- Establish, track, and report on key operational KPIs, including fulfillment timelines, shipping SLAs, receiving performance, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
- Partner with internal teams and our 3PL to plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and other high-volume periods.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on fulfillment performance, including post-launch shipping progress, outstanding orders, and potential risks.
- Manage operational escalations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate inventory movements, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and warehouse projects to maintain accurate inventory across all systems.
- Oversee fulfillment requirements across DTC, retail, wholesale, influencer gifting, and special projects.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing to proactively address fulfillment issues that impact the customer experience.
- Monitor 3PL expenses, review operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Logistics & Freight Management- Own the movement of inventory from factory handoff through delivery to our 3PL, partnering closely with Production and Planning.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, ocean, and ground transportation.
- Maintain accurate, real-time visibility into inbound inventory, shipment timelines, and expected warehouse delivery dates.
- Work with Production to coordinate factory pickups and ensure shipments align with product launch schedules and inventory needs.
- Evaluate freight options to balance cost, speed, and business priorities.
- Track shipments throughout the entire transportation process, including customs clearance, delivery, and warehouse receiving.
- Proactively identify potential delays, communicate risks to internal stakeholders, and develop solutions to minimize business impact.
- Ensure shipping documentation, inventory quantities, and freight classifications are accurate.
- Review freight invoices, track transportation costs, and identify opportunities to optimize shipping expenses and reduce expedited freight.
Qualifications- 4-6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or operations, preferably within apparel, fashion, retail, or a high-growth DTC brand.
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and holding external partners accountable to operational KPIs and service-level agreements.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international freight, including air and ocean transportation, customs processes, and warehouse receiving.
- Experience managing inventory and order fulfillment across multiple sales channels.
- Familiarity with Shopify and warehouse management or order management systems; experience with SCALE is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing operational reports, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to manage external partners and collaborate across departments.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting frequent product launches, seasonal peaks, or high-volume fulfillment periods is strongly preferred.
