Responsibilities

  • Process intricate loan transactions including increases, roll-overs, and pay-downs.
  • Prepare and review loan documents related to servicing activities.
  • Create and review interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans.
  • Process interest and commitment fees, addressing discrepancies when they arise.
  • Prepare General Ledger entries as required.
  • Review system-generated reports for proper facility monitoring.
  • Lead and develop a team, handling hiring, coaching, and performance management.

What you'll do:

The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring.
  • Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.
  • Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.
  • Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments
  • Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
  • Preparation of GL entries as required.
  • Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.
  • Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

What you'll need:

  • High school graduation or GED and 5+ years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations
  • Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred
  • Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred
  • Strong time management/organizational skills preferred
  • Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred
