We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer with strong technical leadership experience to lead engineering teams providing system architecture design and team leadership bridging the gap between high-level product goals and everyday technical execution.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What you will be responsible forEngineering Leadership and Delivery- Establish and drive architectural direction, integration strategies, and engineering best practices across critical business platforms
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing engineering teams focused on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Own delivery outcomes for mission-critical platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and reliability
- Partner with product, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions across complex, interconnected workflows and regulatory environments
- Drive platform evolution through modernization initiatives, process optimization, and technology lifecycle management

Work Requirement- Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote
- Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $217,500 Annual
