Job Summary:We're hiring a Lead Product Manager to unify product strategy across Braintree's developer surfaces: mobile SDKs, web SDK, server SDKs, and GraphQL API.
You'll own GraphQL strategy, versioning, deprecation, and schema sign-off. You'll identify where our integration experience falls short for large enterprise merchants and turn that into a real roadmap. You'll also look for ways to increase margins through value-added services merchants would actually pay for.
You'll represent this area in executive reviews and help individual SDK and API PMs prioritize their roadmaps.
You'll own our AI response as developers shift from docs-first integration toward LLMs and coding agents, getting Braintree built into major LLMs as native plugins and keeping models trained on current API versions rather than letting them go stale. You'll also own the plan for sunsetting older SDK and API versions and migrating merchants intelligently.
