About the Role:As Senior L&D Program Manager - Manager Programs, you will continue to develop and operate a best-in-class global Manager Development Program for Crusoe's global manager population. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D strategist who moves quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings instructional precision, big-picture thinking, and operational excellence.
You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution-designing and facilitating manager experiences, curating learning journeys, and establishing data-driven feedback loops. Partnering directly with senior leaders across engineering, data center operations, manufacturing, and corporate teams, you will ensure our leaders are equipped to scale with Crusoe's rapid growth.
What You'll Be Working On:- Manager Program Facilitation & Iteration: Facilitate and continuously evolve Crusoe's Manager Program ("Manager Bootcamp"), aligning content with company strategy, culture, and operational priorities.
- Manager Journey Curation: Build a cohesive, end-to-end development journey that connects managers to Crusoe's mission, business model, and organizational impact.
- Modular & Functional Tracks: Partner with internal teams (HR / People, Talent Development, senior leadership) to build modular and team-specific development tracks tailored to technical, manufacturing, and data center operational teams.
- Program Operations & Metrics: Build robust measurement frameworks and feedback loops to evaluate program effectiveness, track leadership performance metrics, and optimize operational delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People, IT, Workplace, and business leaders to create seamless, high-touch manager experiences.
What You'll Bring to the Team:- 8-10+ Years of L&D Leadership: Proven track record in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with explicit experience scaling manager programs inside technical, engineering, or industrial organizations.
- Technical Org Fluency: Deep understanding of how engineering, technical operations, and manufacturing leads operate, what motivates them, and how to build credibility in highly technical cultures.
- Data-Driven Approach: Expertise using workforce analytics and learning metrics to evaluate program ROI, identify performance risks, and justify strategic interventions.
- Program Execution: Equal parts strategic architect and hands-on builder; comfortable designing frameworks from scratch in ambiguous, fast-growing environments.
- Enthusiasm for Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to global offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers as needed (approx. 25% travel).

Compensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $140,000 - $170,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
