Role can be based out of Miami, New York, or New Jersey offices. The position is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and continuous improvement of model and template documents, checklists, prompt libraries and core knowledge resources
- Design and deliver high-impact legal training programmes for attorneys and clients
- Work closely with partners and client teams to develop tailored legal training and content solutions
- Lead and coordinate knowledge initiatives aligned with practice group priorities and firm strategy
- Act as a trusted adviser to legal teams, translating business needs into practical, scalable knowledge solutions
- Drive adoption of legal technology, including AI tools, to enhance legal delivery and efficiency
- Collaborate with Business Development, IT and Risk & Compliance on strategic, firmwide initiatives
Experience and Skills - A qualified attorney with significant post-qualification experience (typically 7-10+ years), gained in private practice
- Experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or equivalent role, or a strong interest in transitioning into a knowledge and innovation role
- Expertise in insurance law and litigation is preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of how knowledge, training and innovation support high-performing legal teams and clients
