Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Wickliffe, OH

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid- Collaborate in office 4 days each week, with 1 flexible day

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving cross-functional initiatives and enterprise operational readiness. In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations are met.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle responsibilities, including resource coordination, risk and issue management, change control, stakeholder communication, and structured change-management planning to support adoption.
  • Partner closely with IT platform and product delivery teams to align technical solutions with business needs and maintain operational readiness.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of operational processes to manage efforts that impact production, service operations, and overall enterprise efficiency.
  • Support M&A activities by coordinating due-diligence work, guiding integration plans, and helping teams align systems, processes, and operating models post-acquisition.
  • Act as a connector across business, IT, finance, HR, legal, and operations to support clear communication and priority alignment.
  • Manage project and operational budgets, including forecasting, cost analysis, variance tracking, corrective action; partnering with Finance, Procurement and Vendor Management as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement and support development of junior team members.
  • Guide operational portfolios using deep process knowledge to ensure readiness and deliver sustainable improvements.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and long-term operational performance standards.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience leading large cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Strong operational background with understanding of processes, workflows, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems or PMO dashboards.


Preferred Qualifications that Drive you Forward
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Agile certification (such as Certified Scrum Master or PMI-ACP).
  • Exposure to systems used in manufacturing operations environments (ERP, workflow tools) or M&A processes (Data rooms, integration trackers).
