3+ years of tax experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department.
Technical expertise in U.S. outbound tax mechanics (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC).
Experience with OECD Pillar Two frameworks and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
CPA designation highly preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior International Tax Analyst plays a key role in managing a multinational corporation's global tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Prepare and review complex U.S. international tax compliance calculations, workpapers, and disclosures, including GILTI, FDII, and BEAT.
Assist in preparing U.S. foreign information reporting filings, including Forms 5471, 8865, and 8990 series.
Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes (ASC 740) related to international tax positions.
Assist in the data collection, modeling, calculation, and reporting requirements for OECD Pillar Two Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) rules.
Monitor global regulatory changes, evaluating impacts on the company's global effective tax rate and operational compliance.
Assist with transfer pricing calculations, intercompany transaction tracking, and the preparation/maintenance of global Master and Local files.
Collaborate with local finance leads and external advisors across North America and Switzerland to manage foreign tax compliance and statutory audit requirements.
Assist with miscellaneous foreign tax reporting duties and global tax controversy support.
Serve as an operational bridge between North American tax leadership and regional tax and finance teams across overlapping time zones.
