Main responsibilities:- Participate in the coordination and oversight of ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) testing, performed by an external service provider, in accordance with NI 52-109 compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the analysis, planning, execution, testing, and documentation of processes and information related to operational internal audit engagements.
- Recommend and implement improvements to operational internal audit controls and processes, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall Internal Audit function at Héroux-Devtek.
- Participate in various risk management initiatives.
- Contribute to special corporate projects, including process improvement and process redesign initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor an intern in the execution of internal audit assignments and activities.

Our ideal candidate:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in external audit, internal audit, internal controls, or risk management.
- CPA or CIA designation completed or in progress is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or within a multi-site organization is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a well-developed ability to listen and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Availability to travel regularly (Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and Spain).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
