Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid Role - Home/Office)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a demonstrated track record in working on correctional facilities, along with experience in healthcare and laboratories/laboratories as a valuable asset, to join our Ottawa office. This is a hybrid role that combines your expertise in interior design with a focus on correctional facilities while also drawing upon your knowledge in healthcare and laboratory design. You'll have the flexibility to work both from home and the office.

Responsibilities:

Correctional Facility Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in designing correctional facilities to develop interior design concepts that prioritize safety, functionality, and rehabilitation.

Healthcare and Laboratory Design: Apply your knowledge of healthcare and laboratory design principles to enhance projects where relevant.

Design Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create interior design solutions that align with the company's reputation for excellence and innovation.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and translating them into interior design strategies.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all interior designs meet relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, with a focus on security and human-centered design principles.
