Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S)
Position Responsibilities:- Lead preparation, development and coordination of integrated program plans/schedules
- Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives
- Identify risks/opportunities and develop mitigation plans
- Develop and establish lead time requirements and performance recovery plan
- Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules changes and baseline management
- Primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3+ years' experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.
- 3+ years' experience working with OPP Professional
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- 5+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
- 5+ years' experience working cross-functional team projects and initiatives.
- Experience working on DoD programs

Summary Pay Range: $118,150- $171,350
