The Senior Instructional Designer supports the International Learning & Development team in creating and maintaining engaging learning solutions and digital resources for associates across international markets. This role leads the day-to-day administration, publishing, localization, and maintenance of digital learning platforms and communications, while partnering with cross-functional team members to support learning initiatives.
Responsibilities• Administer and maintain the digital learning and communications platform, including content publishing, organization, user access, associate data, site maintenance, reporting, and learning and communication campaigns.
• Lead localization and publishing of digital learning content across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Develop learning experiences that promote customer engagement, product knowledge and selling techniques that are engaging, realistic, and relevant to today's learner
• Update and maintain Articulate eLearning courses and other digital learning resources
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts, franchise partners and cross-functional team members to support development and delivery of learning content, including videos, eLearnings, instructor-led meetings/conferences, and reference materials
• Apply project management fundamentals to build detailed and attainable project plans that include tracking, achievements, deliverables, and publishing across multiple projects
Qualifications• A passion for learning, teaching, inspiring performance through creative solutions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading
• Strong organizational skills, detail and process oriented; ability to handle multiple, complex projects
• Learning agility and ability to adapt in a fast paced and collaborative team environment
• Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites application skills
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms preferred
• Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred
• Travel requirements 10%
Education• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (ex. 3-5 years of experience in formal writing, instructional design, digital learning, or LMS administration)
