SENIOR INSPECTOR (BUILDING) (FULL TIME)

Click here for job description Number of available positions: 1 High school or GED is required. Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred. Certifications as an ICC Building Inspector and ICC Energy Inspector - Residential or Commercial required within 6 months of employment. ICC Certification as a Mechanical Inspector or TSBPE Certification as a Plumbing Inspector must be obtained within one year of employment. Texas driver's license, Class C required. Five (5) years of experience as a residential or commercial building inspector or five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the construction industry as a job superintendent or project manager. Must have knowledge of pertinent construction codes, ordinances, and technical skills necessary to read and interpret building plans.
