This position will be based at San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities: • Management of Xacta Software Suite including administration of all user requests and configuration of Xacta Templates • Identify ACAS/Nessus scan requirements for optimal ingest • Troubleshoot and communicate scan deficiencies • Regulation expertise (CNSS, NIST, FEDRAMP, etc.) • Testing Xacta applications within an AWS environment • Provide updates and reports regarding project status • Develop business process workflows using Microsoft Visio • Work on tasks autonomously and with staff located in geographically disparate areas including other Telos Corporation and Telos Identity Management employees, government agencies and other industry partners • Improve operational performance, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service • Complete assignments with independent thought and action within the scope of specific assignments • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels • A professional attitude regarding customer service with excellent organizational skills • Ability to pay strict attention to detail with an emphasis on high quality of deliverables
