The Senior Informaticist solves complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. You will use advanced or predictive modeling to develop and validate cases that improve the patient experience. You will work with analytic teams and the Integrated Health Patient Experience team to ensure work is completed.
The CenterWell Consumer Digital Analytics team works across Tech, Product, Finance, and partner organizations to provide Digital Experience Insights that increase growth and financial value across CenterWell Digital Products.
You will use your knowledge of data, modeling, optimization, and tools to predict behavior, programs and products aimed at maximizing revenue growth and enhancing the patient experience. You will use advanced or predictive modeling to develop and validate cases that improve outcomes and quality of the programs we offer and aim to seek more innovative approaches to analytical models. You will analyze complex data and communicate the impact(s), which could have a potentially sizeable financial impact on the business.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience
Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to guide business outcomes and decisions
Experience presenting findings and insights to senior leadership
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree
Six Sigma certification
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Experience with technologies such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, Adobe or similar tools

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$97,900 - $133,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
