Position OverviewThe Senior HR Business Partner is tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. S/he has a keen understanding of the business's strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide their decision making. The Senior HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives. S/he is also responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both human resources management and strategies. Provides guidance and leads business partners and/or associate business partners.

Compensation Range:$49.24 - $73.86 per hour, depending on experience
Education/ExperienceMinimum Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ten or more years related experience
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related
- 3+ plus years' experience in healthcare
- SHRM or SPHR certification
