Working closely with our HR Centers of Excellence, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen teams, enhance manager capability, and improve the employee experience.

If you're energized by solving complex people challenges, driving cultural and engagement initiatives, influencing positive organizational outcomes, and partnering with leaders to drive results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Partner directly with senior and executive leadership on talent strategy, organizational design, and resource management to support evolving business priorities.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning activities, including organizational changes, workforce forecasting, internal mobility, immigration considerations, and future talent needs.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, workplace complaints, harassment concerns, conflict resolution, and performance or behavioral issues while mitigating organizational risk.
  • Manage and coordinate voluntary and involuntary termination processes in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Build leader and manager capability through ongoing coaching, proactive guidance, and preparation for difficult conversations.
  • Advise leaders on company policies, HR processes, and applicable employment legislation.
  • Support and help administer cyclical merit, promotion, and bonus planning processes, partnering with leaders to ensure fair and equitable compensation decisions.
  • Facilitate talent calibration sessions (e.g., 9-box methodology) to align on performance expectations, development plans, and mobility opportunities. • Champion culture-building initiatives and programming to strengthen employee engagement and community across client groups.
  • Maintain HRBP metrics and leverage HR technology and AI tools to identify trends, analyze workforce data, and support informed business decisions.
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials (e.g., performance management, career development, and effective feedback) to build capability among designated business leaders.

What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role supporting business leaders, including experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations (professional services experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior/executive leadership on talent strategy, organizational design, and change management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience leading or contributing to culture-building initiatives within client groups or the broader organization.
  • Experience supporting compensation planning cycles (merit, promotion, bonus) and interpreting internal/external data to inform equitable pay decisions.
  • General knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and L&D systems and platforms (Workday preferred), including proficiency leveraging AI tools to enhance HR operations and decision-making. • Experience guiding employees through immigration/visa sponsorship processes is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed (approximately 10%), to support business needs, strengthen partnerships across offices, and participate in HR and business initiatives.
