Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Health Promotion Specialist to support the client's wellbeing strategy by evaluating programs, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and translating findings into meaningful, actionable insights.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week on-site and two days remote. On-site work will take place across multiple client office locations throughout Manhattan, New York.
What you will do:
Assesses population health needs using available claims data, utilization statistics, and satisfaction to identify opportunities and develop tactical project plans.
Work in collaboration with existing Health Promotion Specialist to coordinate, develop and deliver a range of programs that educate members on how to improve their health and well-being.
Partner with the client, vendors and community resources to execute workplace well-being strategies that will improve employees' health and mental resilience.
Coordinate health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace's on-site and virtual spaces in order to promote healthy behavior and health care engagement.
Report on engagement, referrals, workplace well-being initiatives and results in order to demonstrate improvement in baseline metrics.

Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience evaluating health or wellbeing programs.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Effective project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Knowledge of workplace wellbeing, benefits, health promotion, population health, or related areas.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Additional knowledge and experience that you can bring to this role, but which is not required:
Master's degree in public health, population health, workplace wellbeing, health promotion, healthcare analytics, program evaluation, or a related field.
