Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or computer engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in hardware design, leading to management roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout for wireless products.
• Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing processes.
• Strong ownership and independent project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in schematic capture, layout, mechanical, and RF design.
• Coordinate with product management and firmware teams to refine requirements.
• Manage the transition of designs to both onshore and offshore manufacturers.
• Define quality standards and oversee documentation and change management.
• Cultivate vendor relationships and develop the hardware product roadmap.
• Represent the company in industry forums and standards bodies.
