Job Description
Drive Growth in One of the Most Purpose-Driven Sectors in the US

This is a Hybrid position with three days per week in our Atlanta, San Jose, Austin or Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Growth Manager, Nonprofit, you'll partner closely with the Director of Growth for Healthcare and Nonprofit Verticals in defining and executing the strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across the region with a focus on increasing market share and awareness, generating pipeline and revenue.

You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, VAR, ISV and InLife to identify opportunities, remove barriers to growth, and ensure coordinated execution across business objectives and strategic plans.

Support Market Growth Strategies

Maintain deep expertise in the Nonprofit sector, including market trends, customer challenges, buying behaviors, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics. You'll use these insights to influence strategy and positioning across the business and serve as a Nonprofit subject matter expert inside and outside of Sage.

Identify and Unlock Growth Opportunities

Analyze performance data, market signals, customer insights and competitive intelligence to uncover opportunities for accelerated growth. Partner with stakeholders across the business to prioritize initiatives that drive pipeline, customer acquisition, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.

Drive Performance

Partner with the Director of Growth to support the development and execution of growth plans aligned to revenue targets. Evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives, campaigns, programs, and market investments. Leverage data and insights to recommend adjustments that improve efficiency, increase return on investment, and accelerate results. Monitor performance against goals, identify risks and opportunities, and work with cross functional teams to maximize business outcomes.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution

Act as the connective tissue across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, VAR, ISV and InLife to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, executed effectively, and deliver measurable impact.

Build and Strengthen the Nonprofit Ecosystem

Help expand Sage's presence within the Nonprofit community by fostering relationships with industry associations, influencers, partners, customers, and other key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth.

Serve as a Nonprofit Industry Champion

Represent Sage as a thought leader and advocate within the Nonprofit community through industry events, trade shows, customer engagements, webinars, advisory boards, speaking opportunities and social channels.

What We're Looking For

You'll likely bring:

Significant experience in growth strategy, revenue operations, commercial leadership, marketing, business development, or market development

Strong knowledge of the Nonprofit sector, including mission-driven organizations, associations, foundations, charities, and social impact organizations

Demonstrated success driving growth, revenue, market expansion, or strategic initiatives in a complex business environment

Experience translating market insight and data into actionable revenue and growth generating strategies

A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset

Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling capabilities, with the ability to represent a brand externally

The ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions

A passion for helping nonprofit organizations achieve greater impact through technology
