The right candidate leads without waiting to be led, brings an informed point of view, and raises the quality across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do
  • Lead concept development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, packaging, events, D2C, and sales materials
  • Translate strategic objectives into cohesive visual systems and campaign assets that support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Continuously evolve the visual language of SRAM's brand portfolio and product marketing
  • Support SRAM presence at industry tradeshows and events, in both execution and on-site support
  • Collaborate across functions: visual production, copy, photography, industrial design, engineering, and external agency and production partners
  • Prepare and QA production-ready files for print, digital, and motion applications
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations end to end
  • Build and maintain templates, brand standards, and scalable design systems
  • Produce high-impact presentations and storytelling assets that support business development and executive communication
  • Mentor designers and contribute to a feedback culture that raises team output

What We're Looking For

  • Self-directed and trusted to make good decisions without constant direction
  • Proven ability to navigate complexity, find solutions, and deliver in fast-moving environments
  • Curiosity and adaptability: stays current with design trends, tools, and AI-enabled workflows
  • A track record of meaningful contributions to high-visibility, complex projects

  • BFA/BA in Graphic Design or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered

  • Knowledge of photography, lighting, pre-press, and print production processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing project budgets and vendor/agency relationships
  • High organizational bandwidth: able to manage concurrent projects without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skills
