Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to oversee branding, visual communications, and design strategy supporting federal and DoD communications initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:- Lead creative direction across print, digital, and multimedia products
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications deliverables
- Develop high-quality visual concepts and campaigns
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into visual solutions
Position Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and multimedia work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting DoD, Federal, or Public Affairs organizations
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design
Security Requirements:- Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
