The jobWe're looking for a Senior Designer who truly lives design - someone who's always researching, collecting references, exploring new ideas, and bringing a sharp point of view to both brand and digital work. You'll help shape art direction, design engaging emails, and bring our brand world to life across multiple mediums.
This role sits at the center of our creative team. You'll partner closely with the Head of Design to lead projects, elevate the work, mentor designers, and contribute to the standards, culture, and direction of the design team. It's a hands-on role where your craft, curiosity, and attitude will have a real impact on the organization. We're looking for someone with taste, an opinion, and the confidence to say 'here's a better idea' and then make it.
If you want a long-term home where you can grow, push the work, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team, you'll fit right in.

- An instinct for experimenting with new tools, techniques, and workflows in service of better, more inventive design
- A curiosity for AI tinkering and image generation
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and understanding accessibility best practices
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines
- Someone who values communication, low ego, curiosity, and being part of a supportive team
- A designer who cares about craft - the pixels, the pacing, the storytelling, the details
- A long-term mindset: you want a home base, a crew, a place to grow
Nice to haves- Motion, animation, micro-interaction design
- Writing instincts (conceptual thinking, naming, presentation decks)
- Print production and supervision experience or interest
Perks- Fully remote!
- Competitive benefits & time-off policies
- A chance to challenge yourself creatively alongside a supportive team, learn from experienced mentors, and be an important part of a vibrant team that values design-lead strategy.
