The Senior Geospatial Technician is an experienced, hands-on technical role at the heart of our production team. You will work across a variety of lidar processing and mapping tasks, delivering high-quality geospatial products for a diverse portfolio of clients. Comfortable working both independently and alongside an established team, you set a high bar for quality—not only in your own production work but through quality-control functions you perform across the group. As a self-starter, you take ownership of production management, continually looking for ways to improve and innovate our workflows. You are also able and willing to discuss project status and technical details directly with clients, building lasting relationships through consistent, reliable delivery.
Most of all, this is a role built for someone who wants to grow into leadership. You will start as a technical expert and, as you demonstrate impact, take on progressively greater ownership—leading tasks and projects, managing budgets and delivery, mentoring teammates, and ultimately building and guiding a team of your own. We are invested in developing our people, and we will give you the support, autonomy, and opportunities to advance as far as your ambition and ability will take you.
