Position Summary

Doka is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations / Supply Chain FP&A professional to serve as the primary financial advisor to operations and supply chain leadership. This role will provide forward-looking analysis, cost transparency, and decision support across the operating network while helping leaders improve service, productivity, cash, and return on invested capital.

This position requires strong financial planning, operational cost analysis, and business partnering skills. The role will collaborate closely with operations leadership, supply chain, regional and country management, sales, Finance & Accounting. It owns operational performance support and operations related planning inputs and reports to the Director of FP&A

Key Responsibilities

Operational Finance Business Partnering
  • Serve as the trusted finance partner to regional operations and supply chain leaders, translating business strategies into financial targets, actionable insights, and performance measures.
  • Provide recommendations that balance service, capacity, cost, inventory, cash flow, and operational risk while constructively challenging key assumptions.

Operational Performance & Planning
  • Lead operational performance reviews, analyzing key cost drivers, productivity, service levels, capacity, and operational risks.
  • Align financial forecasts with demand, inventory, logistics, and capacity plans, supporting S&OP processes, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
  • Identify, quantify, and track cost savings, productivity improvements, and operational efficiency opportunities while driving accountability through KPIs.

Investment Analysis & Decision Support
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for capital investments, equipment, facilities, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assess ROI, cash flow impact, capacity requirements, risks, and investment performance against approved business case assumptions.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Enhance the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of operational financial data, KPI reporting, and management dashboards.
  • Leverage BI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders to strengthen systems, controls, data quality, and process effectiveness while supporting change management initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Operations Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, or a related finance role within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, operational cost analysis, performance management, and business case development.
  • Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, capacity planning, productivity metrics, working capital, and key operational drivers.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and related finance or operational modules is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, formwork, rental, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or another asset-intensive operating environment
  • Experience in an international, multinational, or matrix organization
  • Project management and change management experience
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or comparable certifications
  • Open and willing to travel across the region (domestically and internationally) as needed.


Additional Information

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Doka USA Ltd. is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.
