About the Role
Join an early-stage enterprise AI infrastructure team as its technical lead for customer engagements across the UK and Europe. You will guide enterprise customers from initial discovery through production deployment, while bringing their needs and technical constraints back to product and engineering. What You'll Do
Lead customer discovery to understand data architecture, technical constraints, and business needs.
Scope and deliver proofs of value, from technical validation through production commitments.
Run product demonstrations, answer technical objections, and lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
Translate customer edge cases into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
Partner with machine learning and infrastructure teams to deliver deployments that meet customer requirements.
Navigate enterprise security reviews, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder buying decisions.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in a hands-on technical or data role.
A track record of converting technical proofs of value into production commitments in enterprise B2B software.
Strong knowledge of data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.
Working knowledge of production LLM and agentic systems, including their capabilities and limitations.
Experience leading technical discovery, demonstrations, and end-to-end proofs of concept with enterprise stakeholders.
Python or SQL skills sufficient to prototype with customers; experience with knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, or entity resolution is a plus.
Experience in regulated or air-gapped environments, data or AI infrastructure, or an early-stage company is valuable.
Ability to travel regularly to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
