About The Role
We're hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own customer deployments from technical build through go-live and optimization. You'll be the technical owner for health system implementations, working directly with customers to build, configure, and deploy production AI agents tailored to their workflows.
You'll work closely with Agent Product Managers who own the customer relationship and project plan, while you own the technical execution-building integrations, creating custom workflows, and ensuring successful launches.
