Job Summary
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will support and advance enterprise financial reporting capabilities within a complex, multi-segment organization. The role serves as a bridge between Finance, Business, Data, and Technology teams, ensuring financial reporting solutions meet business needs while aligning with long-term reporting and analytics strategies. The position combines financial acumen with SAP functional expertise and requires effective partnership with stakeholders across the organization to support financial reporting modernization, validate reporting requirements and outputs, and drive continuous improvement of reporting platforms and processes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, SAP Finance, or Business Systems Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Income Statements, Profit & Loss (P&L) Reporting, Balance Sheet Analysis, Financial Reporting and Performance Management, Cost Reporting and Cost Analysis, and Financial Data Structures and Account Hierarchies.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations supporting multiple business units, segments, or reporting structures.
• Experience supporting SAP Finance environments, including SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Ability to translate business and finance requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience partnering with developers and technical teams to review requirements, validate designs, and ensure successful delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Experience with SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience supporting finance transformation or reporting modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting, analytics, and data integration platforms.
• Experience validating financial data models, reporting structures, and reporting hierarchies.
• Exposure to advanced analytics, intelligent reporting platforms, or emerging reporting technologies.
• Experience supporting financial reporting solutions across enterprise-scale ERP environments.
