Great Hill Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Manager ready to support a DHA audit program. This position will perform in-depth program analysis and financial management primarily related to the program. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess a relevant certification, such as CPA (preferred), CDFM, or CGFM.
Must have either a 4-year accounting degree from an accredited school or federal financial management and/or auditing experience.

Desired Skills:
Possess the functional skills necessary to utilize GFEBS, GAFS-R, DEAMS, MHS Genesis, ABACUS, Advana and DDRS to successfully advance DHP Financial Reporting objectives and Universe of Transaction (Out) strategy and completeness.
Develop and deploy analytical techniques and tools to support the development and review of financial system data (e.g., quantitative drill down).
Proficiency in query languages and business intelligence programming including Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Power BI and R, depending on extracting and compilation of like and unlike data from one or multiple sources.

Prepare critical outputs, including comprehensive status briefings, and plans for corrective action and remediation while leveraging the OSW CFO NFR database.
Maintain reconciled DHA NFR and OSW NFR dashboards routinely with documentation of concurrence or non-concurrence to the NFR with an explanation and/or proposed corrective action
